The Power to Buy
It’s a big step getting onto the property ladder so why not make it easier. Applying for one of our homes allows you to buy shares from a minimum of 10% and pay rent on the rest. The share you can purchase is based on your individual circumstances. Eventually you will be able to buy more shares; this is called staircasing which allows you to grow with the property. Dependant on if the property has section 106 requirements, gradually you'll be able to purchase freehold of the property staircasing to 100%.
The Power to Save
Once you’re in your new home not many properties allow you to save that bit extra each month. New builds are designed with sustainability in mind with improved features compared to older properties. These features can include a medium EPC rating of B, low-carbon emissions and ultra-low energy building standards. This allows you to save on energy and bills with lower running costs.

The Power to Relax
Words you would never think you’d hear in regard to buying a home but that’s what new builds are for! This is the life with a new build, cut out the stress of older properties, with 10 year building insurances and a warranty defect period. We have varying warranty providers on our homes including NHBC and LABC so any major defect works is covered giving you the chance to relax.
