At SO Living, we understand the need for high-quality affordable shared ownership homes across Devon and Cornwall. Our development in St. Stephen’s Green, Salcombe is a great opportunity for locals to be able to stay within their community.

This local connection criteria applies to either people who live, work or have family based in Salcombe.
We recognise the value and need for services within the community; therefore, these shared ownership homes are eligible for serving members of the RNLI as well as Devon and Somerset Fire Service and Rescue.
